2009 Cougars Football League Registration

Registration sessions held across Chatham-Kent in May and June for the 2009 minor football season were very successful.

If you were not able to attend a registration session then you can still register during the month of July and into early August for Cougar minor football two other ways:

By Mail Print and fill out the registration forms for each player at www.chatham-kentcougars.com. Mail the completed forms and a cheque for $185 for each player payable to Chatham-Kent Cougars Football Club, to:

Hand Deliver
Print and fill out the registration forms for each player at www.chatham-kentcougars.com. Deliver the completed forms and a cheque for $185 for each player payable to Chatham-Kent Cougars Football Club to:

All For Kids

If you have already processed an application through the All For Kids program, you need to ensure that your registration forms have been completed and submitted. Any registration for minor football is not considered complete, and players will not be assigned to a team, until all registration forms have been completed.
