St Vincent School has created a Pay-It-Forward project where students are given a small budget to create a project to help a person in need or a Not-For-Profit group of their choice that benefits the community . Jordan Deneau decided to raise money to the Chatham-Kent Cougars Football Club by creating a 'Hat Day' at his school where students and teachers could wear a hat at school for $1. All proceeds went the the Cougars Football Club.

"I was thrilled that a player from our club would consider the Cougars Football Club for a school project!", says Jordan. "The money raised will help pay for mouth guards and water bottles for youth attending our 8 day NFL Canada tackle Clinics. This clinic will teach football fundamentals to novice players interested in trying football."

"Also I would like to thank St. Vincent school for making this all possible. This is an excellent idea to have your students create projects assisting people or not-for-profit organizations in our community." says Sel Jordan.
